Fant Packing His Bags, Heading to Northwest

Chris Fant, who just wrapped up his third season as head coach of the football team at Omaha South, is leaving the school to become the next coach at Omaha Northwest High School. Fant is replacing Steve Warren, who was also at his respective school for three seasons. The Packers went 5-22 in the three seasons Fant was at the helm, and the Huskies were 7-20 under Warren. Coach Warren is leaving Northwest on private business. Fant released the news in a heartfelt note:
