Team Effort Helps Bunnies Race Past Rockets

The then-winless Omaha Benson Bunnies played host to winless Lincoln Northeast on Friday, February 2, 2018. Behind four Bunnies in double digits, with Marteko Tealer leading the way with 15, Benson grabbed their first win of the year by a score of 63-43. Jalen Parmar-Watson and Dylan Holston added 12 and Anthony Ignowski had 11 in the win.
Omaha Benson shot 23-for-47 (49%) in their win on Friday including 5-for-11 (45%) from three point range. Denim Johnson grabbed eight boards and paved the way with three assists to power Benson to victory.
The Bunnies return to action on Friday, February 9, 2018, when they host the Millard West Wildcats.
