North, South, East, and West. Those are the cardinal directions that were taught to most kids in grade school. On Friday night, East and

West-the Bellevue schools at least-went head to head in a rematch at Bellevue West's Thunderdome. Behind Nico Felici's 17 points, and a 28-8 fourth quarter, the Thunderbirds took won the Battle for Bellevue by a 73-49 score. Bellevue West head coach Doug Woodard said he's pleased with the way his team has responded to defeat, and that he likes where his team is going.

"If we improve on some weaknesses, we've got a chance to be in the mix towards the end," Woodard said. "For a while there we weren't going in that direction and we are going that direction right now."
